Becca Blasdel is a New York-based writer, editor and creative consultant covering absolutely anything—if you pay her enough.

I’m not kidding. Need someone who knows too much about architectural cladding? Has a savant-like memory for dog breeds, or tracks shopping trends in their spare time? As the youth would say: It me. Most recently, I was on staff at VICE, writing about shopping and trends. I was previously the market editor for The Architect's Newspaper, covering all design markets and creating original content for digital, print, and social channels; as well as creative directing shoots for AN Interior, the brand's interior design publication. In addition to managing all social channels for AN, I grew their follower base by over 10,000 in less than four months.  

In my spare time, I read a lot of non-fiction, obsess about shrimp cocktails, scour 1st Dibs for insane deals, dream about owning a pigeon, and stalk dogs around Brooklyn. For mostly food and dog-related content, you can follow me on Instagram, @bec2lifebec2reality.
